"The only good thing was it was next store to the casino. TV went out and I called the front desk to ask for help and the gal said, I don't know anything about it and I am the only one here. Then when taking a shower in the morning we found out they have sulphur water, didn't even feel like you took a shower!! Could not get out of there fast enough. Oh and we are in our 70's and they gave us a 2nd floor room and there is NO ELEVATOR! Will NEVER STAY there again!"

"I enjoyed the real eggs and real sausage for breakfast. The bed was not as comfortable as it could have been. There was a pervasive smell of marijuana in our room and it was supposed to be non- smoking. We have stayed here before, but this room was not as pleasant."

"I needed help with my Television and the person at the desk refused to come to my room alone because it was after 9:00 and she was alone at the hotel.This is an indictment of the hotel management more than the desk clerk. There should be more than one person working the hotel at night.At least there should be a security guard. What would have happened if I had some type of accident where I needed help."
