They “upgraded” us to a king bed. I was with my teen son, told them I didn’t want a king, but wanted what I reserved which was 2 queens, they said they didn’t have any. No heat in the room, took 3 hours to get heat. Asked for a blanket in the meantime, they said they had no extra blankets. Which also meant no blanket for the pull out that my son was supposed to sleep in. Awful.

The staff is so kind and helpful, it's a plus that the rooms are nice and very spacious but to be treated with kindness from the moment you stumble in off the highway is really the best.

Very modern and clean. We were on the first floor and it was extremely quiet.

The rooms are huge and really nice but the pool is small and there’s no hot tub. They have a Starbucks in the lobby but couldnt make half the drinks and food as a regular Starbucks.
