Heating and fireplace were fantastic, lovely backyard and plenty of kids toys and board games to keep everyone entertained. TV area is small but that was fine as we spent most of our time in front of the fire. Easy stroll for a coffee or supermarket (5-10mins) and about a 10min drive to the sanctuary"
