In the 5 nites that I stayed, the house-keeping was done before I returned to my room (approx 3 pm) only once. Twice, I had to wait for them to do it in my room. I called off the other 2 times. I observed that the hotel was only partially occupied. As such, there is no valid excuse for the delay in the house-keeping.
