Only in the hotel lobby wifi is more stable, wifi is the basic requirements. I know it's not fault of staff but management should seriously look into the things mentioned. If you come from the airport get a Grab taxi not the ones that find you. It should be around 5-10000kyat and about 15-20mins to get there if traffic is ok. Good breakfast. Beautiful to sit and read either by pool, in garden or under a tree with feet in the sand by the river. Found a Norwegian book in their library which they where kind to lend me on my trip to Bagan. And upon check out they let me stay until 6pm as my bus left late. Great view, good food and affortable beer at the roof top restaurant. The hotel is difficult to find (in the alley). The taxi driver got lost few times. The staff were so amazing, they were so friendly, polite and respectful. We felt like we were VIPs the entire stay. They certainly looked after us. Not much to do in the local area but the hotel gym, spa and pool keep you entertained. We would most definitely stay here again.
