On arriving, our room had a small flood (leaking from the boiler)
However, the staff were very good, and put us in another room.
The very next day they had replaced the boiler with a new one and we were back in our original room.
The rooms were very clean, tidy, and very spacious, and situated in a way that every apartment had its own privacy space.
Staff very helpful.
Bus stop directly outside that ran every 30 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca and was only €1.40.

Not the cleanest, floor wasn’t cleaned in room before we arrived. Bin in kitchen was dirty
Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay
No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use
1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site
