Average. Whilst we appreciated the room upgrade due to a leaking toilet in the original room, everything else was just average. The phone was broken, as was the fridge, after the toilet episode in the first room, I just couldn't be bothered to speak to reception again as they weren't particularly friendly. The room was not clean. The back pool was generally nice and quiet. I felt like a burden when I spoke to any of the staff that I tried to keep interactions to a minimum, this is a shame when it is your holiday .

Excellent amenities, helpful staff and good location. Only downside was a significant ant problem, although highlighted to reception they sent maintenance to clean/spray one day, it continued to attract ants. From pool conversations appears it's a problem in most accommodations not isolated, therefore dont leave anything on floor!
Quiet/not too crowded late September.
Breakfast okay, not well layed out but works.

A fabulous stay. Resort spotless, beautiful kept grounds and peaceful and quiet. Taxi rank outside for convenience. Staff attentive and nothing is a problem for them. The biggest compliment is the food at the restaurant ate there every night and everything I had off the menu was superb. Spoke to other guests who couldn't believe how nice the food was. Overall a brilliant stay and highly recommended.
