This two-story house with sea and mountain views features modern décor, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and a single bed), and 2 bathrooms. The property accommodates up to 7 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine, and air conditioning. Books and toys for children are provided, as well as a cot, high chair, and child’s bed upon request. Inside, you will find a gallery of paintings by a renowned local artist who uses local dyes and volcanic stones. The private outdoor area includes a garden, terraces (both covered and open), barbecue, swimming pool, children’s pool, and outdoor shower. The pool is heated from November to May; from June to October it is not heated. The covered terrace with comfortable seating is perfect for relaxing with a coffee, while the sun loungers by the pool invite you to enjoy the warmth. From the terrace, you can also enjoy a spectacular sunset over the volcano. Cafés, bars, and restaurants are within a 7–10 minute walk, and the nearest supermarket is 9 minutes on foot (700 m). The beautiful Marina Rubicón is about 19 minutes away on foot. Lanzarote Airport is a 31-minute drive (28 km).
