When we checked in, the heater to the room did not work, which we first thought .. okay, things happen. And then, ice machine does not work; the hallways are dirty, hallways have boxes of furniture staked along the wall, the room has one light on one side of the bed, and one light on the desk tried to play cards could not see (don't get me started on the room-large with ocean view and no place to sit but the bed there were two small chairs over by the door with an end table we moved them by the window to make do) hot tub was working but lukewarm as hot and cold water being pumped into the hot tub at same time so water was overflowing on to the deck and the tub was lukewarm as a result.
The dining room was a hot mess. I ordered soup and salad, got the soup, and then sat for 45 minutes waiting for a salad, told, "Kitchen says 5 more minutes," I canceled the salad and ordered dessert to wait another 20 minutes. (Husband got up and went back to the room as he was about to lose his mind, and we did not want to be "that person.") Good luck if you choose to stay there. They say under construction, but this was more than renovation problems. We really should have asked for our money back as we were there for two nights, and the room was not cheap.
