"Hotel is very central, clean and staff are very friendly. No parking but there is well priced local parking nearby. Hotel is pet friendly but you have to eat in the bar if you have a dog (which was not a problem at all)."

"Room was in general lovely and clean however, there had been something splashed up the wall next to the bed which needed a good wipe! Location was great for what I needed and onsite pub handy. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Nice and easy check-in and out. Food in pub was good."

"Friendly welcome, check-in desk in an awkward place, feel like your in the way of the bar staff or customers queuing the bar. Causing an obstruction with suitcases for someone wherever you stand. Room spacious and clean, plenty of tea, cofee milk etc provided. Had dinner, which was good and even had a go at the quiz! Breakfast the following morning was ok. There seemed to be some sort of staff meeting going on at one part of the dining room, and so there wasnt much instruction on what to do with regards helping yourself to tea or coffee etc, or care taken to provide much of a service, ordered at the bar, i had an omelette and it tasted a bit burnt in places. Server looked like she was the only one working and hence why maybe she didnt look happy to be there, but she wasnt rude at least. "

"The team were very helpful, courteous and professional. The room was clean and had windows that opened. The room was huge and had a nice view onto the lawns. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Because of its location, it was incredibly quiet."
