"What a beautiful cottage, perfect for our trip South and hosts couldn’t have been more helpful!"

"What a wonderful home from home. Everything you need for a short break away. Comfy beds, lovely bath and shower, great log burner sustainable (air source) heating. Couldn't fault it and would have stayed longer if we could. Some lovely local landmarks including St Botolphs Church and Farnborough Hall just a short walk away. Would highly recommend and look forward to rebooking 👍"

The kitchens and living areas are good sizes with all amenities taken care of. The games room and games lawn were a huge hit with the kids as was the wildlife in the woods and the pond. We didn't even need to leave the site as there was so much to do. The sunset view from the Walnut hot tub with the swinging hammock...

I so wish we would have had more time to linger. I spent about 10 minutes just gazing across the picturesque landscape. It was a perfect...
