"So pleased to have found this beautiful holiday home which was perfect for a quiet family birthday celebration. Deceptively spacious, very comfortable and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Loved the sun room overlooking the huge enclosed garden which was ideal for the dog. Beach was seconds away and the new hot tub was a great bonus. Overall, impossible to fault!"

It is perfectly located for the north coast, its fine beaches, walks, good pubs and restaurants. We have stayed there on three occasions and hope to do so again. We highly recommend it."

The house is well equipped with everything we needed for five of us and is well situated - there is a small shop around the corner and Hunstanton's shops, pubs and sea front are no more than ten minutes walk. "We had a wonderful time. Very comfortable bed, lovely kitchen and shower room. Wonderfully clean. The meadow garden was lovely, overlooking fields. Outside is a gazebo, two large 6-person picnic benches, outside table & chairs and a sturdy bench. The Wifi was fast and reliable, making streaming Netflix on the large Smart TV effortless. The visitor book in full of wonderful praise for Sarah (the owner) and the cottage - and justifiable so too. Loved it!"

"Great property, good location but not 100% clean. Had to wash a few pots before use and lots of dust under the bed. Windows dirty and quite a lot of dust and cobwebs. The settee was the hardest, ugliest and most uncomfortable that we have ever sat on. It was large enough for myself and my sister but I can’t see 6 adults stopping there comfortably. In all we had a good week but the sofa meant we couldn’t really relax in the evening so had to sit in the conservatory."

Excellent communication with the owner and the property has a lovely pub very close by which is great. Lovely landlord and lady. Literally everything I wanted and needed in a holiday stay with my 3 dogs. Even the neighbours were al lovely and had 3 separate neighbours stop for a chat ! Thank you, id definitely stay...

"What a gorgeous property, the photos dont do it justice. We will definitely book this bungalow whenever we visit Norfolk now. It's a lovely quiet location but still close to supermarkets and beaches. The bungalow itself is lovely and clean and has everything you need, and the ensuite bathroom really gives it the wow factor. Theresa is a great host. We actually had a problem with the smoke alarm on our first night, completely out of her control, but she got it sorted straight away with great...

"Lovely spacious property with all mod cons let down by mean provisioning ie no tea towels, no towels, a hunt high and low to find more bog roll, only one tablet for the dishwasher, no soap in both bathrooms. Luckily a large supermarket near by. You will be visiting it!"

"Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach.
