"Room comfortable, good beds and linen but for the price, very small with no view and in need of redecoration. Bathroom in need of attention, dripping shower head. Whole property tired and in need of renovation for the price point. Breakfast terrible, very limited non meat options, rubber eggs. Staff very welcoming though! Location perfect. "

"Hotel is clean and tidy, with lovely staff. The spa itself was a huge bonus at a hotel, the only downside I have is that there are a good few steps in this hotel, some quite tricky steps down to the lower level spa, but it was lovely clean and very relaxing. Can get quite busy. "

"The staff are the most disinterested and unfriendly. Hotels are a people’s business. It’s astonishing that that fact is lost on staff at this hotel."

"We booked a twin room, which was confirmed at check-in however we were told that the room had a king size bed. Took 3 phone calls and two and a half hours to get housekeeping to ste the room up as booked. Not good enough. "

"The staff were incredibly helpful. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I particularly like that the bath was quitte low and i could have shower without worrying about climbing in and out. The shower was powerful."
