"I would describe the Hotel as functional but dated. It has a good health club, a bar and restaurant and the rooms have what you need. Except aircon which in this current heatwave was sorely missed. My side of the building had the afternoon sun beating down on it and because the curtains were not drawn it was like walking into an oven and it stayed like this all night. The Staff are all great and look after you well. If the Hotel had a face lift and it was modernised it would be a fantastic...

"Sad to see the place was a little underused. However the staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was perfectly adequate for the purpose of a budget overnighter room only. Basic accommodation but room was clean and a nice big telly was comfortably positioned. Would not hesitate to book again if on a budget."

The room was spotlessly clean, and had everything that we needed, however, windows were tiny and not able to be opened. So slightly disappointing. "Great stay. A little hot, but it’s not the hosts fault. The fan was helpful and after about 11 PM it became a very pleasant sleep. I loved the contactless entry. The host emailed me all the details several days in advance which was nice and all I needed to access the room was a code. The room itself is very nice. The bathroom is the highlight. If I could change one thing it would be the motion sensing lights. Every time one of us got up to use the bathroom the light stayed on for a while. A normal switch would be sufficient. I couldn’t find how to disable to motion sensing lights. The granola bars that were provided in the fridge were delicious and made for a good breakfast. Would stay here again for sure."

"It was a great stay, the spa area was in particular amazing, the concertina doors were open to the pool and the outside area ws great to relax. Great food in the bar and lovely staff overall. Will definitely stay again."

Towels excellent and nice to have fresh milk supplied in the mini fridge. Lovely beer garden in lovely rural setting. Recommended!"

"Lovely apartment with great location to worcester race course. My only issue would be parking we couldn’t get any of the links to load and parking on the streets are permit only. Eventually loaded the links for parking and parked in the pub next door brought a drink and put my reg in the pub. Hopefully we wont get a fine. "
