"Clean room , nice staff"

"Clean room with adequate space and lovely view over golf course. Staff were extremely polite and friendly and very well presented. Ate in restuarant in evening and the food was outstanding as was the service. Breakfast was very good too but i think you should be able to have one speciality coffee included and only pay for additional ones. Charged our electric car at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend."

"Friendly check in with Dylan and Aiden. Modern style hotel, very spacious. With a health club and spa which we didn’t have time to use but we could see people arriving to make use of. Good size restaurant and bar area. Menu a little limited for the restaurant but it was okay. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom clean although shower not very powerful. It was an overnight stop so more than okay for that. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"They're having work done so amenities listed on the site aren't actually open. No bar, no restaurant and it's a bit isolated, you need to be able to drive somewhere for food. Skeleton staff. The management need to employ an appropriate number of staff. Reception often isnt manned with a notice up and during breakfast, the one staff member is serving people and doing reception which is in a completely different place. My room was run down with a constantly running tap. Definitely wouldn't stay here again. Hopefully it'll improve when the refurb is finished. The listing should be sognificantly updated and make it clear what is actually available on site. I'd not have booked if I knew I couldn't get food. Due to disability, I have to plan my energy carefully and this knocked me significantly."
