"We usually stay in Garden City and at Dolphin Cove. Dunes Realty was nice and easy to work with as always. Unit 3A was ok. The unit was in desperate need of a deep clean. It was supposed to be clean at check in but really wasn’t up to par. The floors needed vacuuming, beds were sloppily made, there was a dirty rug in one bathroom and a moldy shower curtain in the other. However, I was prepared. "Even though only the bare minimum was offered and the decor dated, I was content with the beachfront. But a commode ran the entire night. I reported it the next morning, as i literally lost the entire night of sleep. I did all for some compensation, preferably a 1 hour late check out. Before checking out i tripped over an unsecured threshold. When i reported this i again asked for a one hour late checkout. I was told to check back in a few days, at that time i had 30 minutes to be out."

"Perfect location. Quiet little condo situated between the marsh and the beach in Murrells Inlet. Beautiful sunsets behind the property overlooking the marsh. The beach is less than a 5 min walk across the street. The beach is quiet and away from the crowds in the area. The restaurants in Murrells Inlet are a 10 min drive. If you are looking for a calm location- this is it."

"Liked the proximity to the beach. Complaints The TV was mainly movies and no local channels. Had to subscribe to networks. Had problems with it for our 5 day stay. Bedroom TV had no signal even though maintenance came out. Complained several times. The sofa should be thrown out ( faded & stained) along with the old wicker dresser. Hair dryer also didn't work. I did get a replacement the next day. No hangers in the closet & cleaning tools stored in the clothing closet. We couldn't t use it...

"We all truly enjoyed our beach vacation, the short walk to the beach, the balcony view, ocean sounds and breezes. The house was comfortable for our seven adults and one baby! "Quiet location with comfy beds and plenty of space for us.Our visit was not without blips. The freezer portion of the refrigerator was not working but luckily, we had very little freezer food. The rental agency was very responsive and tried to resolve the issue by sending a repairman who came quickly. All in all, a good experience and I would rent again."

"This was a last minute getaway trip for us from our home in NC to just relax after the holidays. This condo is prefectly sufficient for two people (more with two pull out couches but no privacy there). We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and the little bar downstairs was a great little hangout in the later evenings when we needed it. Ms Atkins is a super nice host and very accommodating!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this location. Very clean and accommodating. Amazing view of the ocean! Got the best sleep, listening to the ocean all night. It's at a great location, so you're close to everything! The owner is a super nice guy and always answered me in a timely manner when I had a question. Only negative is that it's on the top floor so you have to trek all your luggage up 4 stories."
