Just a short walk to the beach.... Welcome to Time Out! Site 1003 is located in Ocean Lakes Family Campground in Myrtle Beach, which is a 300-acre family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, Ocean Lakes Family Campground features several freshwater lakes for fishing, an outdoor Olympic-sized pool, indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, water park, and lazy river as well as an arcade with 80+ games, snack bars, an outdoor theater with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffleboard, skateboard park, and miniature golf. Come enjoy the views that Time Out has to offer… views of the ocean, canal, and Sand Dollar Lake. Great way to start your day sitting on the deck enjoying the ocean view with your morning coffee or watching the sunset while relaxing with a glass wine. Time Out is a couple minute walk to the beach to enjoy a day of fun in the sun or a short walk to Sand Dollar Lake to do a little fishing. From Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend (in-season) we will only accept weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday. Minimum 3-nights rental during off-season. A Property Damage Protection policy, 50% of the total rental, and a signed contract is required for reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. Must be at least 25 years old to rent this house and renter must be present for the entire rental period (sub-leasing/renting on behalf of someone else is not allowed). Maximum occupancy: 12 people. No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping allowed inside of house. Time Out has plenty of room with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The lower deck has outdoor seating overlooking the canal as well as an outdoor shower for you and your family to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. Walk up to the main level where there is outdoor seating to enjoy the view of the ocean and canal. There is also dining areas along with a propane gas grill for outdoor grilling. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor with a private bathroom and access to the front deck with a view of Sand Dollar Lake. The upstairs level has 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with a king bed, and 1 bedroom with a twin bed and a twin bunk bed. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have access to the upper deck to enjoy the views of the ocean and the canal. The ½ bath and washer/dryer unit are located off the living room area. The living room and each bedroom have a flat screen TV (with Spectrum Streaming services) and a ceiling fan. Wi-Fi is available in the house as well as in some common areas in Ocean Lakes. There is indoor dining for up to 10 people (6 at the large table and 4 at the high-top table). Kitchen includes full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (both drip and K-style), pots, pans, crockpot, electric griddle, blender, plates, bowls, utensils, and glasses/cups. Bed linens (1 set of sheets and 2 pillowcases per bed) and bath towels (2 towels and 2 washcloths per bedroom) are included with the rental (beach towels are NOT included). All other items need to be provided by the guests. The property has self-check-in with a smart lock. Security cameras are located on the exterior of house which is for your protection and ours. Check-in time: 3 p.m. / Check-out time: 10 a.m. The primary mode of transportation within Ocean Lakes Family Campground is by golf cart. We provide an EZ Go Limo (seats 6). Must be 25 years old with valid driver’s license to operate our golf cart. Additional golf carts can be rented by guests through Ocean Lakes Family Campground. There is a $12 per day per car for an Express parking pass if paid at least 2 weeks prior to arrival otherwise it is $15 per car per day as per Ocean Lakes Family Campground’s policy. Time Out has parking for 3 vehicles. There is also an overflow parking lot for additional vehicles for a fee through Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Only a few things like the master upstairs bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom upstairs next to the masters door does not lock. Linens were very worn. We did have a problem with the refrigerator. But Lucy, the home manager/owner, responded right away and tried to get the repair people out as soon as possible. We left a day early because we spent the week dealing with terrible weather due to Hurricane Debbie. I would stay at this hose again. It came with a large golf cart and the location to the beach was a 2 min walk. It could use new mattresses upstairs. The king on the 2nd level has body dips in the mattress and is very uncomfortable, that and the refrigerator were our only issues and i feel Lucy is a conscientious owner and when address any issues promptly. and ##### Tanya S. It is a busy street though. The pictures of the house look better than when in person. (Which is understandable though because of use) The house needs a good deep cleaning which would take longer than the couple hours the cleaning service has in between stays. It was not very clean when we arrived but we understand you can not clean everything in a short amount of time. You have to wear shoes the whole time walking throughout the house or you will have black on the bottom of your feet. So bring bedroom shoes. There is not good cooking pans to cook with, there is a very few selection of pans that aren’t burnt. Bring your on pans. The outside of house is okay, you can just tell it is well used and needs a good clean up also. Refrigerator did not work well until service guy came out, then tried to fuss at us saying the temperature was to low like we had done it when we just got there. We loved our stay. The house was perfect and our teen boys loved the location that was close to the beach and basketball courts.
