"This was the perfect place to stay the night before a flight. It was so comfortable and quiet! The staff was especially helpful when we checked in. I would have liked more less expensive food options in the hotel."

"Was in London for a quick getaway. Perfect location for walking to eateries and shops in different neighborhoods. Also near the tube and stops for the tourist bus vendors like Hop On Hop Off. Both the room and common areas were really clean and the staff on site were super helpful."

"staff were friendly and helpful, room large and clean, modern shower, large tv with lots of channels. we chose to include breakfast when we booked and it was actually a very good hot breakfast with a decent selection buffet style. Planes flew right past our window, incredibly close, but quieter than a mouse, amazing soundproofing. We stayed before a flight the next morning, an easy 5 min walk to hatton cross tube station via the pedestrian crossing islands. And then the tube to any of the heathrow tube stations is free which is a nice bonus, just tap in at hatton cross and tap out at the airport, no actual charge. The hotel has a restaurant and also a cafe serving snacks. Staff were all very friendly. All in all we’d happily stay again if and when."

"The place was clean, well staffed, great elevators, coffee and snack trolley in the lobby. The vibe was great. I was so very happy I booked there. Hyde Park was right across the street and pre a manger next door. I stayed for 10 days"

"It is in a good location and seems tobe popular with large groups of American Tourists. It has decent facilities and a bar and restaurant Chino Latino that is a cut above the average hotel Coffee Shop. Menu is a ‘poor mans Nobu’. Should have at least one more bar. And the rooms are ok but looking rather tired."

"Definitely a 5⭐️ property in a great location with polite and accommodating staff. Right next to Kensington Gardens makes perfect for an early morning or afternoon walks to reset after a busy, hot summer day of shopping and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend."
