"Window in room broken with a hole in the pane of glass. Shower poor. Wallpaper falling off. Reported tv not working. Staff just shrugged and said nothing they could do. Shower looks like it’s recently been leaking and not repaired properly. Paint all over the carpets. Food was mediocre. Bar person was friendly and good at her job."

"Our room and bathroom were clean and modern but the entrance and staircase were very scruffy and the outside of the hotel needs a lot of attention.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The food was good.
Parking was OK.
The location is very good with grass down to the river and seats.
