"Good sized room well kept Limited menu due to chef leaving recently. What was available was varied to suit most tastes What was served was well cooked tasty and obviously freshly prepared. One of the best meals for a hotel of this level i have ever had. Looking forward to trying out an full menu on a future visit"

"Easy to find and a very lovely hotel with comfortable rooms. The gentleman on reception, who I believe was the manager, was more than welcoming and helpful. Helped carry our suitcases up the stairs and was always on hand and friendly if we needed anything. Also very informative about Motherwell and the history of the hotel which we enjoyed. My only very small criticism would be lack of mirrors in the room - just the one in the bathroom but that was minor! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable on our route further north!"
