Lovely friendly hotel. Great food, continental breakfast included. Stuart and Maria are stars!

Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff and good food.

Ideal overnight stay with only a 15min walk into Wigan town centre. Rooms were lovely and clean would definitely stay again. We didn't use the communal areas on this occasion.

Clean room, very comfy bed slept like a log and the bath in the bathroom was amazing very deep and could relax in it very comfortably will be booking there again definitely

Good value for money, nice room, good food, and very good staff, all in all would recommend it

Great value for money..clean and helpful/friendly staff 👍

Picked this hotel so I didn’t have to stay in a chain hotel in Wigan. The hotel is in a lovely quiet part of Wigan, great open, real fire in the lobby. Rooms are good, spacious if a little dated. Bed was really comfortable and the coffee machine a plus.

Friendly efficient service. Easy parking. The food was excellent

Well furnish

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Upon entering the Beautifully decorated lobby I was given key cards by the lovely clerks at the front desk, key cards which you need to enter the hotel itself and use...

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

Always a clean hotel, great staff and incredible vibes

Overall the stay went grear. The night skyline of Manchester from the 16th floor suite is stunning.

Very clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and surprisingly very quiet. Easy parking (once you know where to go!). And a mini bar full of free fun snacks. Reception and bar staff were friendly and helpful. We will return.

Loved our stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool - will definitely be returning!
