Hotel was excellent minus the parking. They have more rooms than parking spots. Sports cars in handicapped spots, diesels in the plug in spots and trailers lining the fire lanes. The hotel and staff were great, though.

This is a very clean hotel and the staff are professional and personable. Breakfast was very good and beyond what most have. The area was kept clean. Rooms are very clean. The only thing I didn't like were the pillows and wish they had a jacuzzi. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Front staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We’ll lot parking area although I wish there was MORE parking. Great size rooms, comfortable and clean! Would definitely stop here again.

We have been traveling to watch our son play college baseball the last couple of years. I would have to say this has been the best stay yet. We will have more. I hope a few are as nice and pleasant as this one.

No hot water!
I have stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been great… until it wasn’t. I woke up and had no hot water. Front desk said they were working on it but no time frame. I had to leave at 11am without a shower. The hotel absolutely refused to refund my money. “You stayed, you pay” is pretty much what they told me. Doesn’t matter that you don’t have hot water. I am a club member and usually book thru their website but Hotels.com has a much lower rate this time. It was only because of them that I got anything back. Cheers to hotels.com - jeers to Residence Inn. Guess I’ll stay elsewhere from now on.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived, we had a 10-15 minute wait to check in. The facility is very clean and nice, breakfast was very good. But very little hot water in the shower, it never did get really warm just not cold.

Overall great! Clean, great interaction with everyone working there. Loved the lobby. Loved the room. The bed was comfortable. There were some weird design things that were not dealbreakers at all but wanted to give feedback to the hotel about them in case they can be tweaked. First, the TV is in a super weird spot and I almost tripped over it several times coming from around the side of the bed nearest the window. Also, you kind of can't really see the TV from anywhere-- it faces the front door, not the couch, not the bed which is extremely odd. I tried to angle it so it would both a) not trip me and b) be seen from the couch but it seemed to be nailed to the strange desk-like structure in front of the bed whole only piurpose seems to be to act as a TV stand, but it's wide enough that it makes the corridor between the bed and that structure, plus the TV in the middle, something you have to navigate around, and I'm a smaller sized person. Just seems like with a very simple fix (wall-mounting a TV, or if that's not possible, placing it at an angle so people watching TV can actually see it and no one trips over it). The second thing is that there were so many bright LED lights on appliances etc, that essentially once i'd turned the lights off to go to bed i could see everything despite having blackout curtains closed entirely. i ended up putting towels etc over the lights so it wouldn't be so bright. Anyway-- maybe these are just unique to me, but thought i'd mention if helpful

The rooms are spacious and clean. The towels are soft and the bed and room temperature are comfy. The morning breakfast fare is very tasty. No powdered eggs here. Real food that’s yummy and kept fresh.

My stay was fantastic. I was there for a graduation at MSU. The check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was very ultra modern and clean with a great decor. I believe this was a new hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I definitely got the most for my money because the room was set up for an extended stay and the price was very economical. By the way, my room slept four people. The shower was great and the towels were nice and soft. They even had an onsight restaurant preparing meals in the evening. The menu was limited but I was very happy with the Tacos I purchased. There's a pool and a basketball/pickleball court along with a pool. The free breakfast was pretty good. They had the usual fare but there was bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs, oatmeal and more and I was pleasantly surprized. The only complaints were the telephone buttons for a wake-up call and housekeeping did not work and you had to dial zero for the front desk to ask for services. This was not explained on check- in and the charging port next to the phone was very loose. It lifted out of it's base when I pulled my charging cord out. The other charging ports were secured to their bases, I checked. Overall, a really great stay. I highly recommend. I think you'll be pleased.
