The house was perfect for our needs as the private neighborhood boat ramp allowed us to launch near our primary fishing location."

"Great location! Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy with the siblings. Frank responded quickly to solve our check in issue. Our fishing members were rewarded with a catfish and several perch. And when we went into Frankston, we enjoyed the (surprise) arts and crafts in the town square. Our only disappointment was that the house was not as updated as the one we rented last year."

"The home was very clean, brand new, well appointed and the surrounding area was nice and quiet - on a street with all new houses. Flexible arrangement with 4 bedrooms, two sharing a bath and two with their own bath. All rooms king beds or double queens in one of them (that one has its own bath). Full size pantry with a few staples furnished or left from other guests. All spices needed for cooking and enough pots, pans, utensils. Very convenient to the loop at several spots, and easy to get to...
