"The hotel is a great value for your money. The rooms have been nicely updated although there are some parts that are evidence of an older building. The whole carpeting is old but the rooms have all solid flooring. The best thing about it is the location."

We stayed at this lovely inn while celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and the whole place had a peaceful, quiet atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s also in a great location, just a short drive or walk to downtown St. Joseph, which made exploring the area super convenient. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The only minor downside was that the pool could have been a bit cleaner, but overall we had no complaints. We’d absolutely stay here again!"

"We loved the fact that we parked the car and went days without using it. You can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The loft had plenty of room for everyone. Lots of newer appliances and plenty of kitchen room. Great vacation! One important note--renters must be able to climb stairs. A narrow staircase with 18 stairs hauling up suitcases, cases of water, etc. It was great exercise but a bit daunting for anyone with mobility issues. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Lighthouse Lookout. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the beach and to our favorite restaurants. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated that the apartment was well stocked with essentials, especially the ground coffee from Red Arrow Roasters."
