"Super convenient to stay if you’re looking to just hang around downtown or the beach. Definitely would stay here again! Room was pretty decent besides some weird stains on the walls and bedding…It was super nice to have a full size mini fridge though."

"Great property for the price. Kitchen and bath are newer which was very nice. Torrence was great to work with and made himself available for any questions. Great location, close to beach and downtown St. Joseph. Upstairs could use a little TLC with paint and flooring. But overall nice stay."

"This is our 4th year at this cottage and we will absolutely consider again for next year. Very minor hiccups....the main BR ceiling fan cannot be turned off (only by using the wall switch) or the speed adjusted using the pull cords. So we weren't able to use that as the high speed was pretty breezy. The main floor BR light on the left of the mirror went out during our stay so just needs replacing. Otherwise things were very smooth. We used the wagon every day to go to the beach. The new dishwasher ran perfectly and the new faucet in the main bathroom was also appreciated. Denise"

"Great experience! The apartment was conveniently located in the downtown area - super walkable to restaurants, shops, everything. We ended up driving to the beach most days just because we had so much kids' stuff to haul with us, but it's only a very short walk as well and then you can avoid paying for parking at the beach. The parking spot provided for the apartment was great and just a block away. Communication with the host was excellent - they provided very clear check in and check out instructions and they even replaced the coffee pot for us same day when we told them it wasn't working right. Super clean and quiet place and well equipped with everything you need. Another lovely stay in St. Joe, which is always one of our favorite summer getaways."

"Awesome little upstairs apartment right next to Silver Beach. Really easy to access. Plenty of parking. The hosts are very accommodating and quick to respond. It is an older house but they are updating it. It has new appliances and new toilets, new floors, new TV, etc. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. The outside area had a concrete patio with covered seating, two grills, and a big front and back yard. I love the cute furry black squirrels running around outside. Perfect location for an easy get away."
