JOE! This beautiful historic house is only a short block from State St. restaurants, wineries, and boutiques. Just one block to the bluffs that will take you down the steps to Silver Beach. You can see downtown St. Joe and the bluffs from the front porch of the house! Located on State St. in the Historic District, the "McNeil House" was originally built in 1855\. While it still holds its historic charm, it resonates the coastal beach life! We all love our pets and hate to leave them behind, so we welcome up to two well-groomed pets as long as guests agree to follow our pet rules. As a courtesy to future guests that may have severe allergies to pets, we DO NOT allow pets on the furniture or bedding, and guests must clean up any additional shedding. Pet's must be crated when left alone. Guests must pick up after them outside. We charge $175 Per pet.
