Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home. This property requires a deposit and rental agreement to be signed. For an optimal experience for us both, we’ve spelled out some house rules. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate you staying with us. Your safety is our main concern and our insurance will only allow a MAXIMUM OF 4 GUESTS. • No pets allowed. • Renter must be 25 years of age at time of booking • There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house. • No parties or events, an extra $500 cleaning fee will be applied if a party is thrown. • Check-in is at 4 PM or after by Smartlock and check-out is at 11AM. Guest agrees that failure to vacate the premises within the specified timeframe or at the end of the Guest’s scheduled stay shall be deemed trespassing, and Owner shall be afforded all protections, rights, and remedies available at law or in equity to any property owner against a trespasser. In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. The hourly fee shall accrue without limitation, be invoiced daily, and become immediately due and payable upon receipt of the invoice. • Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am out of respect for our neighbors. If you smoke outside, please pick up the butts and dispose of them safely. • There are security cameras present on the exterior for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them. • The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods. • For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin. • If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP. It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls, etc. need to be disposed of in the wastebasket. No video productions without written consent from the property owner. The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons. In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith. Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make reasonable efforts to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair, maintenance, and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds/rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. By electronically agreeing to this lease, the Renter has read, fully understands, and agreed to all the terms and conditions included in this agreement. The place was clean and despite being one bedroom felt spacious. You’re within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants or you can easily walk down to the shore. ##### Emma H. The location was fantastic. Walking around the small downtown was incredibly convenient. I was a little apprehensive about walking down to the beach but the distance is shorter than it looks on a map. The unit location was also fantastic because it was still in the downtown but quiet enough to put the kids to bed before the streets enptied out. Would absolutely suggest this destination to families looking for a nice family friendly beach get away. ##### Alex L.
