Comms with owner none existent other then a couple of automated messages once I had paid. Not enough towels within the property for all guests no hot water for washing up asked for assistance from owner message never acknowledged. "Pros - location, communication with property manager Cons - bathroom needs to be replaced - tile missing from next to the shower with hole through to adjoining cupboard, bath feels unsafe when stood in it, bath strip hanging off. Bath was unclean with hairs and tidemark.
