We fed the ducks every morning which amazed my grandson, even though it felt quite remote it’s only a short ride into Whitby for shopping and fish and chips. I would definitely book this holiday home again as it was so warm and comfortable, 4 nights didn’t seem long enough."

"I would have given 5 stars, except that there was just one minor niggle. The mattress in the double room is a little saggy and the single beds are very narrow. That being said, we slept fine and the apartment was otherwise very comfortable! This apartment is in a perfect location - it is so close to the centre and it’s an easy stroll to all the shops (within 5 minutes) and you’re at the pier in 10 minutes. "Location was hard to find, had to ask someone in a local shop. It is not accessible and up cobbled steps. We had two dogs and a 6 month old in a pram so that was difficult to navigate. The yard space was okay to let the dogs out and there is a gate but it was always being left open by others so if you have dogs who like to run off, this is not good.
