The hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable. The staff could not be more helpful. On my arrival in was greeted by the owner who offered a double room at no extra charge . I had breakfast the following morning and meet the young family and they could not have been anymore helpful . Overall a very nice place

Put this B&B address into the Sat Nav and go with it. The address we had was, Main Street, Pickering, when in fact the Sat Nav will lead you to Lockton, a small village 10 mins out of Pickering on the Whitby Road. When we arrived we thought we had the wrong address, ie; Hotel, Main Road, Pickering when in fact we had a B&B, village. Even so the B&B was very clean, room was nice and comfortable with provided tea, coffee, choc, hot kettle, hair dryer, ensuit toilet shower, nice beds and a quiet area with owls and such. The owner is nice and the premises are used by walkers in the area. Pickering is a small town with usual pubs and rest. A thing to look out for once a year so I am informed is the War years celebration where the town is decorated and people from all over, not just the UK, get dressed up in war uniform and vehicles and have a real good time. When it is I dont know but a search may show.Nice and relaxing, clean and tidy with nice food.

ours was only a short stay but we really enjoyed our time the hotel was in a great place near to the beach and the shops.

Easy to find, convenient for the main roads, but quiet and peaceful rural location. Very un-corporate property, but nice design and touches i the rooms

Our mini week-end away to the races was made very worthwhile by staying at the lovely, friendly, homely B & B.

From the road looks a beautiful place and it didn't disappoint when we entered through the conservatory into house. When we got to our room the first thing that hits you is the stunning view from the bedroom window. Although the rooms are an odd shape due to the house being an Octagonal shape and a little cramped it was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice. The staff and owners were very friendly and welcoming. This made our weekend all the better as we where visiting fiends in the village and would probably stay again.

We were welcomed by the owners with afternoon tea. Everything was perfect for our needs and nothing was too much trouble for the very attentive staff

Generally excellent but on a few occasions once sat down in a restaurant we seemed to disappear and had to grab people to get drinks, menus etc.

Nice country B and B, sue and Adam were very welcoming

Excellent accommodation and fantastic breakfast, nicely located in a quite village
