Oceanfront location near train, buses and dining was great. Breakfast only from 8 to 9am was a minor drawback. Other irritants were about Weymouth -- loud honky-tonk weekend crowds on beach and street.

Shirley was lovely and very obliging gave us permit for parking but we didn't use it car park close by and free after 6pm. Breakfast was lovely and room was so clean couldn't be any closer to restaurants and th quay was at the end of the street
