Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Efficient and customer focused. They offer airport transfer all day log almost.How do they not have 5 stars... I would have stayed there during my holiday had it to been so far

I have visited Japan 5 times now and this hotel is by far the best! The rooms are spacious, very nice and so clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms get cleaned every day. The breakfast was also incredible!

Great location near easy transport links, trains and buses! Great shopping and food outlets. Rooms are clean with all the facilities you need. Reasonable priced. This was our third stay at this hotel.

Loved this place. Location is excellent and then hotel generally has a really nice vibe. The on site coffee shop and bar are both great and do amazing drinks. The rooms are basic but perfectly serviceable. Showers are hot and powerful. Beds are comfortable and amenities available. Only issues we had were that our room wasn’t cleaned as we were advised it would be halfway through our stay. We raised twice with reception but unfortunately it never happened. The staff where very helpful, they helped me check out early in the morning when I was having problems with my suitcase. Very clean and the free breakfast curry was delicious. The onsen and massage chairs were also incredibly relaxing. I would recommend again for a short stay

Great location away from the usual Tokyo central locations. Excellent location next to the local station for getting around. Being that little bit further out, rooms were bigger. Usual Tokyustay great amenities. The in room washer/drier walkways so very welcome and helps keep packing light..

Have stayed here perhaps 20 times on business. Used to stay at Keio Tama Centre but was becoming very tired and over run with tourists. Relatively expensive but you get what you pay for, professional staff speak English, decent breakfast, excellent Tepanyaki, and now the bar stays open until late.

The room was small but very clean. Breakfast was limited but overall good value due to room prices. The ladies putting out the food and clearing trays were excellent. Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn. The staff were very pleasant. Very clean throughout. There are good laundry facilities, however, we were visiting family so it wasn't needed. The Ome line was nearby so it made travelling easy. It is conveniently located near shops, shopping centre and well known fast food outlets. My only suggestion would be that perhaps cereal could be offered on the breakfast menu. The food was lovely but not something we were able to eat as a breakfast. I appreciate...
