I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful Hotel. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is very beautiful. I was not impressed with the pool size. In fact I'm not sure it's really considered a pool--- it's really not a family friendly pool. It's more like an adult area. the only other negative I can say is my room lights required some sort of instructions because the switch was different from your conventional switch, so I couldn't turn on the light. Same as the A/C it came equipped with instruction on how to use, but I didn't get to read it as I was trying to enjoy my stay. My room was HOT. Nonetheless, the hotel is beautiful, located near convenient area & the night was special. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

We came in order to send our daughter to Hofstra university. It's 10 minutes away. The manager katif and all the staff welcomed us gave us coupon for 2 breakfast. Help with any questions. We already reserved our next visit next month.

Nice Hotel in Industrial Area

Posted 25-Aug-2016
Pros: Plenty of room.
Cons: Improve maintenance and update.
Location: Pretty uninteresting location.
We had two rooms which made it a lot more comfortable for our family. The rooms were nice but are starting to need some updates or maintenance. Starting to look a little worn. One of our rooms had a leaking shower head for most of our stay. Wonderful staff and good food.

Noisiest Hotel That I Have Ever Stayed In

Posted 22-Aug-2016
Pros: Clean room and comfortable bed.
Cons: The air conditioning units
Location: While being close to the parkway is convenient, there is absolutely nothing within walking distance of the hotel. 10-15 minute drive to restaurants.
I was in the hotel Thursday - Sunday nights. Over that period of time, there were 5 weddings on the property. I was woken up every night either by a loud next door neighbor or loud, drunk wedding guests return to their rooms, including a steady flow of guests from 1:10 am to 4:00 am on Sunday morning. At checkout, the front desk clerk said that the hotel typically tries to segregate the wedding goers from the non-wedding goers but that was impossible this past weekend because almost everyone in the hotel was attending a wedding. To add insult to injury, she said that the hotel is quiet during the week. If that's the case, then the hotel should not have booked any non-wedding guests for the period of my stay. The air conditioning units in the rooms are incredibly loud and cycle on and off all night.

Wish we stayed for more than one night

Posted 16-Aug-2016
Everything was great. The only complaint I had was the air conditioner was a little loud (not just the blowing part but another component) and there were kids I could hear early in the morning (not sure if they were in the halls or the room next to us) so I wish I slept with earplugs. Other than that the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
