This was easily the most amazing birthday trip I’ve ever had! Staying at The Mansion at Glen Cove and having access to the mansion’s outdoor heated pool made the entire experience unforgettable. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and am so grateful for such a wonderful time. Wish it was a little cheaper but I can't wait to return before the summer's over.

The historical building, beautiful green surroundings, and perfect location make this a truly special place. Unfortunately, the lack of proper service and management has always been a problem here. I booked a premium room, but upon arrival I was given a regular room. After I complained, they eventually corrected the issue and provided the premium room I had originally booked. The swimming pools were very poorly maintained, as were many of the other amenities. It’s really a shame because this is such a beautiful and historic mansion with so much potential. With better management, attention to detail, and a stronger focus on service, this place could be truly exceptional.

The grounds and main building are beautiful, and the outdoor pool was nice, but the rooms are in need of updating. We were in the basement which felt odd, but we still had a window. Our bathroom faucet was broken (both handles loose to the point you had to hold the base to turn it on) and overall the room felt like a 1980s motel. The hallway carpet was wrinkled and dirty. We stayed due to a nearby wedding, but I would not return here by choice.

Mansion on the outside, terrible on the inside! Don’t be fooled!! You will not be staying in any portion of the actual mansion. You will be directed to a basement in the very back of the convention center like property. This property is basic at best, mismatched furniture, amenities close early at 6:00 pm, staff unhelpful. Property is not well maintained. Very very deceiving listing. We actually had BLOOD ON OUR WALL inside of our room. They offered us adjoining rooms to the party we were staying with, this did not happen. We were the furthest rooms from the entry so we had to walk up two flights of stairs and across the entire property with our luggage to enter and exit. Dark dingy sub basement stay, would not recommend for the money paid!! Also the pool which is a “major selling point” is ok, not well maintained, and most of the chairs are on the grass which is kind of gross cause people track grass into the pool. Poolside service was nice!
