Everything was as expected with this hotel, the only problem was the noise at night we were facing car park and busy all night long, would recommend a room at side or rear.

Everything was really good, all except my room #171 was very noisy during the night and early morning when the garbage was taken away and deliveries were done, pretty much beneath my window.

We went for a special function which was held in the hotel a one night stay so we never left the hotel. A really pleasant hotel. The staff serving the function worked really hard no one was kept waiting by the friendly staff.

Great place to stay, close enough to the train station and easy to get about Leeds. Staff were freat at check in and out, really helpful. Food in the restaurant was more than acceptable. Would recommend to anyone.

Beds are huge but not over comfortable, I found the mattress too hard, the top sheet had a small hole in it. The hotel itself is great, you are best to stay when you get an offer on the price.
