Stayed for one night to go to Goodwood horse races. Staff were amazing! Our taxi we booked to take us to the racecourse was very late, so one of the staff offered to give us a lift so we wouldn't miss the first race. We had lunch and dinner at The Dean and food was great. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was great and again amazing service from the staff.

Good location to explore Chichester and surrounding areas . A nice country pub with a good selection of beers and a very good selection of home cooked food at quite reasonable prices .Superb breakfast ! ( included in room rate ) The B+B accommodation is in a small block / converted out buildings ( 4 rooms ) , very clean and looks freshly decorated / converted through out , good comfy double bed , brilliant shower , TV with a lot of channels , free WiFi , tea making facilities , fully adjustable...

The room was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. We were vvery well looked after.

Lovely stay for 3 nights. Clean, comfortable room with a great hospitality tray. Everything you could think of/need. Fluffy large towels and top quality offerings. Great value for money. A lovely breakfast offering too with hot and cold selections. Friendly helpful staff

We stayed for 3 days sunday to wednesday,and were cery pleased with the hotel. The room(24) was the Superuor suite and was lovely and spacious,very clean and had amazing views of the harbour. Tea coffee and biscuits were topped up daily. There was a choice of breakfasts hot or cold, we opted for full english! The car park is great as it is right next to the hotel, and very safe. The location is fantastic for the naval dockyard and museums, and gunwharf keys. Keep in mind there is a bus and rail...

Quality hotel with great restaurant and cocktail bar and also a nice spa.

We were keen to find accommodation with soul and character and that's exactly what it was. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home very quickly. Lewis and Alistair gave us great advice on where to go and introduced us to the local ales they served. Our room had lovely decor and a roof terrace that overlooked their beer garden. Breakfast was delightful. It is a short walk away from the station and to the bus stop which takes you to West Wittering beach. I cannot recommend...

Quiet and well appointed room. Great breakfast.

Very friendly staff. My room was 2 floors up (28 steps) - not a problem for me, but there was no lift. Great central location, 15 minutes walk from the station, or a 2 stop bus ride. Excellent TV with apps allowing catch up, or watch from start if programme started (nearby chain hotel should take note). Very good breakfast. WiFi a bit flakey at top where I was, but not a real problem (might be if wanting to stream video). Room a bit "tired" but I've seen much worse. I don't think there's private...
