"We took kids ages 6 and 3. Everything was great, but man the food and drinks were super expensive. Bowl of cereal was $11. An adult drink was $22. I understand the cost of food is expensive right now, but there needs to be some cost effective food options. I loved the perk of being able to text the bellman whenever to have a golf cart pick us up. It's a big resort!"

"Well, if you want the cool, up-scale, mid-century, Rat Pack, vibes of a great hotel, the Hotel Valley Hotel in Scottsdale is the BEST. Built in 1956 and very well maintained, this hotel has everything from a pool, a couple of hot tubs, lots of surrounding lounge chairs, cool restaurant and bar and is located in the very center and heart of Scottsdale shopping/museum/city park area, so you can walk everywhere. The hotel grounds are planted with beautiful flowering dessert plants and trees that bloom year round so hummingbirds are buzzing all around. Guest check-in at front desk is efficient and friendly. Every hotel room has an individual room outdoor patio with patio furniture, so you can enjoy the Arizona outdoors and watch the pool area. The bathroom amenities are wonderful - Moon Flower. I had a really fun time here and I recommend it highly. I will return and I will stay at the Hotel Valley Ho."

"Great location, very helpful staff Homeless outside was worrisome / car security concerns, but hotel had staff regularly patrolling the parking lot and kept everything safe"
