"This was our second stay at this hotel and we can’t fault it. The room was great (one point to raise was the small green light next to the bed just above floor level was very bright during the night).The food and drink available was great and the option of a take away continental breakfast was very positive. "Lovely clean rooms, staff very warm and welcoming. Staff are very aware of guests needs. You can get spare towels etc from the front desk. Great breakfast and good eveming menu for the hungry traveller. Nice bar area open 24hrs. We had a very comfortable stay and only 15 minutes walk to the centre of Bath. Will defintely stay again."

"I was not aware an airport shuttle was available at this hotel. Despite my room being nicely oresented and clean my stay was poor because, having an early flight the next morning I needed to sleep but as the sound proofing was non existent the guests simply walking in the room above me prevented me from sleeping...the noise was unbearable, I did not sleep at all and the bed was so hard I was forced to wrap the thin duvet around me for some comfort. There was no temperature control to the room either and I felt cold. All in all I wished I had not bothered to book my stay. I could not voice my concerns on the day because Reception is closed at 9pm"
