"Clean room. We came back to freshly made beds every night. Property is in a good location, felt very safe. I would happily stay here again."

"First room was extremely dirty. Floor stains and trash under the beds and couch. There was mold on the ac unit and it smelt like mildew. Second room, the wall electric plug ins were stripped with no covers and a major hazard. We couldn’t use our lights and fixed all but the one we really needed. And we had ants. The girl at the counter said they can’t get rid of them. Me and my son got bit up so bad. Disappointed "

"There is not adult hot tub and the water park closes at 5pm when you aren’t able to check-in until 4pm, so we were never able to go which was part of why we went there. "

"The property itself looked beautiful, but my experience was extremely disappointing. After checking in, I discovered the toilet in my room was not working. I reported it right away and was assured it would be fixed. Later, I was told the issue couldn’t be resolved and that I would be moved to another room. However, instead of being reassigned, I was handed a plunger and asked to handle the problem myself, which was completely inappropriate. When I requested a new room, I was told the hotel was fully booked and the only option offered was a refund. I had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay late at night, which was very stressful for my family. Overall, this was a very negative and unacceptable experience"

"Property was clean however everything look old and some items were broken. Barcarde was the main reason kids wanted to go here and there was not card available to use until day 6 of our stayed AND we have to pay to get a card to load money and use which didnt last anything. Not worthy. Staff looking around in the pool were mean. Kids took off their life jacket to eat for a minute and they went and collected them right away and put them away even after we told them they just took it off to eat and were going to wear them again right away. "

"We just returned from a week at Margaritaville cottages! We had a blast and loved the water park. My only issue is there isn’t much to do if the weather isn’t great. The arcade only has a couple games so if they could extent the arcade to a big one it would be even better! We will definitely be back for another family vacation. "
