"Clean, well maintained with good facilities in apartment. 'DiRomios' is a good italian restaurant within easy walking distance. Didn't appreciate pushy sales phone call to apartment trying to sell Holiday Inn time share. When I say "No" I expect the sales call to end, not continue trying to sell."

"Not enough employees to handle the resort. No coffee pods in rooms. Leaky showers. No dish towel. If you use up the sm roll of paper towels you have to pay for more!!! Terrible dinner service in Valencia restaurant - served similar to fast food. Hot tub was grossly dirty. Poor labeling of room numbers. Very sm hallways. Best toddler pool ever! Many dead trees. "

"Need more umbrellas in water park area and some music will be good addition. Also the card reader at the entrance gate doesn’t work well or towel dispenser card reader has issues . Overall great water park though and kids love the slides . "

"This is the second time my family has stayed at Doppio. The house and pool was in excellent shape! My only gripe was not replacing the tv remote in the downstairs bedroom as there it was not available in the house when checked-in."

"Overall, this is a spacious 4‑bedroom, 3.5‑bath condo with good potential. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in a few areas. Noise carries easily from the neighboring unit, and the cleanliness on arrival was disappointing — noticeable dust on lamps, thick dust on the window panes, and carpets that appeared not to have been vacuumed for some time. We also requested additional towels since the unit didn’t have enough. The management company (which is separate from the check‑in location) assured us twice that towels would be delivered, but they never arrived. The condo itself could be a great place to stay if the cleaning standards were improved and the management company followed through on basic requests. I’m grateful for the space and layout, but with a bit more attention to detail, the overall experience would be significantly better."

"Everything was perfect !! The host was super accommodating and responded super quick. The pool started to get a bit cloudy and within the next day they had someone there to clean it. The only thing is that we wish there was more plastic plates and cups for kids and more cutlery, but that is minor. Otherwise this house was perfect for the 3 families we travelled with."

"THE GOOD: The place is great, beautiful, and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. THE BAD: The check-in process is HORRIBLE because of the to may steps of registering with them. You have to go through a process that is like an exhaustive background investigation done by the FBI. Be prepared to provide a lot of PERSONAL INFORMATION. Additionally, too many steps to finally been able to check in."
