"My family of 4 (including kids aged 5 and 8) had an incredible time at the Cottage over the course of 4 nights. The entire property is gorgeous and the hosts were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Our stay coincided with a period of warm weather so we got to enjoy beautiful summer evenings strolling about on a countryside estate watching foxes play on the adjacent field. "A beautiful place to stay in. The cottage had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It was immaculate and stylish. The view up to Beacon Hill was amazing and the surrounding countryside reminded you of how England should look. The hosts Eileen & Chris were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely stay there again. Ditchling is fascinating with period houses it’s steeped in history. A tip you must have an afternoon tea at the Nutmeg Tree tea room."
