"Private room was very mouldy and paint peeling off the walls. The bathroom window didn't open so the mould smell stank out the room. All the power outlets in the room would often spark and cut out, when only trying to use one outlet. Radiator didn't work. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel, for business or leisure it’s a great choice. Also, Marita on reception, helped me enormously when I lost my wedding ring! She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get it returned, answering my (several worried) calls and generally being fantastically helpful and kind over several days. "Easy free parking. Check in staff friendly. Rooms whilst fine for my needs felt a bit tired and my radiator was barely working so room never properly warmed up. "

"The hotel is in good location easily accessible to the local train station and buses and close to one of the biggest shopping centre In Birmingham. Staff's are very friendly and helpful. One thing I don't like the hotel name at first I wasn't sure to book or not to book. The hotel is environmentally friendly."

"Clean and tidy, hotel rooms and pool area a little bit dated, Wouldn’t say it Was quite 4 * but certainly a pleasant stay and buffet breakfast for £14 was really nice reasonable amount of options and porridge we pre ordered came full to the brim and was delicious. Quite old fashioned almost like being in a time warp, but all in all a nice pleasant stay, pool was nice and quiet when we went and food was decent, bar area not too bad, good value for money, with being so close to the airport, which you can actually walk to from the hotel as well, so nice bonus."
