Aber die Unfreundlichkeit von der Dame an der Rezeption war die Krönung. Ich habe für 8 Erwachsene und einen Hund bei bel Villa gebucht. Das Ferienreihenhsus ist für 10 Personen ausgelegt. Wenn die Häuser normalerweise nicht mit so vielen Personen gebucht werden dürfen und Sie in Ihrem PC nur 2 Personen drin stehen hat, dafür kann der Gast doch nichts. Schnippisch, rechthaberisch und nicht Kundenorientiert. Das hat mir die Freude auf meinen Aufenthalt etwas gedämpft. Auch nachdem ich Ihr meine Bestätigung gezeigt habe, war sie rechthaberisch und gönnerhaft, das sie uns in dieses Haus läßt, obwohl es nur für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder zugelassen ist. Es sind jedoch 6 Feste Betten und zwei Matratzen in einem Hochplateau und ein ausziehbares Sofa vorhanden. Bettdecken und Kissen gab es auch genug. Diese Dame war in keinster Weise Kundenorientiert. Beim auschecken sagte ich ihr, das aber genug Betten da waren und keiner auf dem Ausziehsofa schlafen musste. Da war ich, weil alles gut gelöst war ganz zufrieden . Selbst da tritt sie verbal noch hinterher und gibt mir eine patzige Reaktion. Wo gibt es denn so etwas? Die gehört nochmal in Gäste/ Kundengespräche geschult oder ein Deeskalationskurs wäre super. ##### Kirstin S.
