Great and romantic hotel. Perfect for couples who love to hike and enjoy nature. The cable car to the top was a surprise to us as we didn’t realize that part but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless that added to the entire experience.

Het was in 1 woord geweldig! We hebben wel enorm lopen zoeken waar we moesten zijn. De kamer was nog beter geweest als er 1 of 2 stoelen zouden zijn geweest. Maar hoe leuk is het om met de kabelbaan naar je hotel te gaan en dan daar boven ook nog eens geweldig te kunnen eten. Het ontbijt is vanaf 9:30 dus zijn we naar beneden gelopen om daar te ontbijten, mooie optie! Ook beneden leuk en aardig geholpen.

Det er et dejligt sted oppe på bjerget over Bad Harzburg! Men ..... Man skal henvende sig i deres hotel nede i byen før kl 15.30, have udleveret nøgle og billetter, gå 300 meter, op med den gamle romantiske lift, gå om til hotellet 👍 Det giver lidt motion, og man skal nok have pakket lidt fornuftigt! Fantastisk udsigt, dejlige schnitzler 🤗

Das Problem ist, dass man das Hotel am Berg nur bis 16:00 Uhr buchen kann und auch einchecken kann. Nachher ist es nicht mehr möglich dort einzustecken oder die Bergbahn führt einen auch nicht mehr nach oben. Das ist auf ihrem Portal irreführend dargestellt. Man geht davon aus man kann die ganze Zeit anreisen. Zur Not auch mit Late Checkin. Das geht eindeutig nicht. !,,, Ich hatte das große Glück, dass der Anbieter mehr freundlicherweise das Hotel unten im Ort angeboten hat. Hierfür vielen Dank, aber Sie müssen das auf ihrer Website unbedingt ändern. Es ist keine Anreise nach 16:00 Uhr möglich.

Skønt hotel, dårlig information.

Hotel, udsigt og restaurant var skønt. Det ville dog have været rart hvis vi fra Hotels.com var blevet informeret om at vi ikke kunne køre til hotellet, men skulle parkere nede i byen og så med svævebanen op som kører sidste gang klokken 18 hver aften, alternativt til den er en gåtur på en time op ad bjerget. Vi lå og kørte rundt i skoven, hvor man ikke må køre, i en time inden nogle vandrere informerede os om at man ikke kan køre til den adresse der står på Hotels.com Ellers var det et dejligt ophold da den første irritation havde lagt sig.

Super flotte omgivelser og der er pænt og rent på stedet. Meget idyllisk og fredeligt. Vær dog obs på at man skal med lift til hotellet, sidste afgang er kl. 18. Ellers er der 40 min. gåtur op. Og køkkenet på restauranten lukker kl. 19….. ret relevant info at have forinden. Virkelig fin morgenmad.
