"For the most part; our hotel room was clean. The shower was not. I even put a towel under my feet because there was hair on the ground of the shower & on the sides. That tells me they probably just ran the shower & didn't really clean it. There also was dirt on the ground of the shower. Besides that; the room was very clean. I liked the black out feature on the huge window. Our 1st night, staff was great! The following day; I did not experience the same service as the day before. We ordered 1 appetizer to go & the worker was extremely rude. His co worker noticed this & I think stepped in i appreciated that. That showed he actually cared. The lady at the cashier was extremely rude on Saturday. I had just asked for $1's & 5's because I had $20. The atm gave me $20. I was only asking for $100. She gave me major attitude. Not really sure why. You would think they would want my money. I had tons of singles for the rest. I was only asking for that last part to be broken up. The cheesecurds we were neglected for; they were cold. As the employee cared more about talking w his buddies. I am all about building relationships but flat out neglecting customers is sad. No clue why I was treated that way but so happy his co worker came to the rescue! The guy Saturday helping my son at the sports station was a blessing. Gosh I wish I could have gotten his name. He provided the best service out of the whole casino. Vallet was on point! The coffee place had incredible coffee!"

"The hotel staff were very courteous, friendly and professional. We stayed in a king room. The room was clean with a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. I appreciate when the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are IN the shower. They served a good hot breakfast. The breakfast area was pleasant and clean. Opportunity for improvements are: finish trimming the room, it appeared that updates had happened but ceiling trim was not there to hide the transition. This hotel location was perfect with plenty of shopping and tons of restaurants nearby."
