Experience comfort and convenience while residing on a 2 acre gated property with a heated pool, 10 minutes from Southampton Village and Flying Point Beach. Renovated in 2021 using Zero-VOC paint whilst PECO air filters cleared the air. Greenery in each room, natural fiber furniture, filtered tap water, sanded oak floors. To your left, the annex of the home: upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. To your right, you’ll find your way into a vast and always sunny living space: a dining area, a kitchen with seating to gather around, and the livingroom area. Sliding glass doors wrap around the home, allowing for a seamless transition to the outdoor dining space and poolside lounging.
