"This property was breathtaking. It was incredibly peaceful to just sit on the porch and listen to the birds with the view of the pond. Anytime we needed anything. The staff was incredibly responsive. Waking up to pastries every morning fresh from a local bakery was so wonderful! I would recommend this cottage to anyone!"

"Walking thru the door was like walking into a design studio. The decor and vibe was creative and welcoming. The layout so conducive for our family. We had spaces to relax and socialize, or nap and get privacy. Outdoors, deck and pool so amazing. Felt like the perfect Hamptons Summer getaway. Amenities were perfect. Sheets, towels and pillows premium. Everything from appliances to kitchen utensils available.. Im reserving for next year!!!! Xo"

"We really enjoyed our stay in the house, which is quaint and well-located, close to several lovely beaches, farm stands, restaurants, and more. The property looked a little better in the photos than IRL, I have to say. The listing wasn't inaccurate, but it was very well photographed. We found the space to be a little tighter than expected, and quite cluttered with stuff. This could be easily fixed. Some other things could have been a little better. There were no bikes, although the images showed bikes. We didn't have any shade or umbrella on the patio, and could only use it in the late afternoon or evenings. (Eventually we found a broken patio umbrella by the shed, and used it as best we could). I think the house overall needs some maintenance, and it could be even more enjoyable."
