"I booked hotel for pool and hot tub. Mainly the hot tub and it was not working. Maintenance claimed they were working on it and it would be repaired next week. Pool area furniture looked worn and uninviting. Very disappointed / I believe I will now call the hotels I book and verify the claim that they have a hot tub available."

"Beautiful boutique hotel with a true NOLA vibe. Plank floors, exposed brick walls, great decorations. Centrally located and walkable to the Quarter and most neighborhoods. $35 taxi from/to airport set up by front desk. Staff is very accommodating, especially Victoria. A favorite stay of ours."
