I was pleasantly surprised on this property as most outlying hotels/motels are very questionable but this one is nice and the lobby/dining is great

Conveniently located; hot breakfast with the ready-to-order menu item freshly made; staff was friendly and helpful; hot tub jets not working and some exercise equipment out of order, but overall a good stay. We loved the king room suite layout.

Room 37 appeared to be in an older section, as the room is showing its age and linens/towels are threadbare, with no additional blankets. Wifi did not work in room. Christina at front desk was friendly and tried to assist, but said I would have to call BW tech support to perhaps reconfigure our devices, as she could not suggest alternatives. We chose not to call, as we checked in at 9:30 pm. In the morning, the Wifi worked properly in the breakfast area, proving our devices were not at fault. As well, our room looked out to junk in a field. Breakfast staff person was very friendly as well. Overall, staff were very good, but Wifi and age of room were not up to what we expect as BW rewards members.

We appreciate you letting us know so that we can improve. Also, when making a future reservation please let our staff know you would like a room in our main building and we will be glad to put you in one. Many guests like our older style rooms however, they are not for everyone.

This is an old style motel. Some of the rooms are arranged motor court style around a newer 2 story building. No elevator. Ok pool and fitness room. Excellent breakfast with a chef making fresh eggs.

The Best Staff in every way.
The staff and management here at the Best Western Rambler, are by far the sweetest, sincere and most helpful of nearly every hotel/motel chain I've stayed at. The room we stayed in was nice and spacious, however the room could have been a bit cleaner and the sheets needed replacing. They serve a nice warm (or cold) breakfast. They have an indoor pool but its unheated so was unable to go swimming, but the staff was upfront about it before I booked the room, so it wasnt a surprise. The property was nice and quiet, and they do have a washer/dryer that can be used at any time of day or night and the price was the lowest I have ever paid in a hotel for a load of laundry. Overall it was a great experience solely because of their unbelievably awesome staff (The all deserve a raise!)

The rooms were clean, staff very friendly. The hot tub was broke, ice machine broke and was aware there was no elevator. Two guests with bad knees made the stairs difficult. Had not thought to ask about one.

There was nothing unique about this property. It was very clean, Liked the breakfast being made to order, staff friendly. We did think it a bit strange not to have a clock in our room. Yes. I know we all have cell phones with clocks .BUT, I was very disappointed not to find a Bible.
