The rooms had been refurbished recently and they were better than before, better large flat screen TV with sky , an iPod player, and better lighting and chairs. Not much storage space (closed cupboards or draws ) but this isn't a problem. Cleanliness was spot on. The breakfast was lovely, self-service, ...
Very happy with the stay at the hotel met sum nice people and staff and happy with the local amenities
The hotel was well placed for the motor way links and in a semi-rural position. We enjoyed our short stay. The staff were very welcoming. We had a good meal in the restaurant which was excellent value. The room was above our expectations. Will definitely stay again when we are next in the area.
We were particularly impressed by a member of Staff Judy Hogan. Her customer relations were particularly exceptional. She really made outstay very very pleasant her work ethic is excellent too. Well pleased.
Overall the hotel was great except just 1 thing, the breakfast was not nice at all.Not surprised it was free. Bacon very pink, beans like wallpaper paste, scrambled egg like matress foam.
Room well presented carpet makes room feel more dated. Shower good bath small. Breakfast good value. Quite honestly it's cheap and cheerful low expectations were exceeded no reason not to return in the future
